Request a Return or Exchange 

If your product has developed a fault within 14 days and you wish to return or exchange it, please use this form. If you wish to return an unwanted gift within 30 days, please also use this form. If your product has developed a fault after 14 days, you will need to visit the Warranty page and follow the instructions there. 

Please note if you are returning your scooter because it is unwanted, there will be a collection fee of £20. This will be deducted from your refund. If your scooter is found to be damaged outside of a warranty claim, you may not be entitled to a full refund.
